Where is my order?

Every order will be shipped with a track & trace number created by our 3rd party shipping provider. You can find the link in your shipping confirmation email. You also can track your order status in our shop, using your tracking or order number (only for orders that have not been delivered yet). It might happen that in some countries tracking is not available.

Where can I download my purchased files?

After your purchase we sent you an email with a link to your digital files download page. You can also go to your account page and click on the "Download" button next to your order, which will forward you to the download page of your items.

What are your delivery times?

Delivery times vary from country to country. Generally, inside the European Union delivery time will be 3-10 days, and rest of the world will be 3-20 days.

Can I tip you?

Yes, you can! Just use the tipping area in the "Payments" step of the checkout process. Thank you so much for your additional support of our creators and what we do.

Which payment ways do you offer?

You can pay with either PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay, Maestro, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bancontact, eps-Überweisung or iDEAL.

My local currency isn't USD or EUR, how can I buy?

USD and EUR prices will be converted automatically to your local currency by your payment provider when yor purchase. Please check the current exchange rates online, if you want to know the prices in your currency before buying.

Will I get charged import tax and/or customs duties for my order?

Customs regulations do vary from country to country and change frequently, sometimes causing delays and additional charges to be paid by the recipient. While we take all reasonable steps to comply with global shipping standards, customs duties may apply in your country. These customs duties / import tax costs need to be paid by the recipient.

Do you deliver to PO, APO, FPO, and DPO addresses?

We do not ship to any kind of PO boxes.

How can I download my purchased music?

Can I change or cancel my order after it is shipped?

Orders can not be canceled after they have been shipped or at certain stages of processing. Before that, we will try our best to cancel your order.

Can I change the address of my order?

Orders can not be changed after they have been shipped. Before that, we try our best to change the address if necessary.

Can I return my order?

You can return any non-digital order within 14 days from when you received your order without giving any reasons. The product needs to be in new and unopened condition and you need to bear the costs of returning the item to us. However if the item is defective or doesn't work, it may be returned after opening, but still within 14 days of the date you received your order and proof of defective disc may be requested. If you wish to do so, please send us a return request via the contact formular, including your name and order number and we will figure it out together.

Do you sell to businesses too?

Currently we are only selling to private customers.

What is your fastest shipping method?

Currently we are offering only standard shipping including track & trace, however tracking information may change or become unavailable depending on the practices in the country in which you are ordering.

Can I change the displayed shop currency?

Yes, you can change the currency using the currency / location selector in the mobile menu (on phones) or on top in the header (on devices with a wider resolution). For any non-EU country, prices are then automatically converted to your local currency, based on the US-Dollar price. EU countries will show the respective item price in EUR.

Can I use your music at my business?

Buying music in our shop is only for private use and does not give you the right to use for commercial purposes. Please contact us using our contact form, if you want to purchase a commercial use license for use in commercial contexts.

What is Sanctum?

Sanctum is a brand that has the goal to provide you with the essentials to create your own personal Sanctum, both internally and externally. For that reason, as of now it consists of the Audio Sanctum music label, which provides Sacred Ambient Music for the atmosphere of your Sanctum as well as the Art Sanctum, which provides you with inspiring Artworks to fit the atmosphere of your Sanctum. All of these items are being sold in the Sanctum Shop.

What is Audio Sanctum?

Audio Sanctum is an independent music label which brings Sacred Ambient Music from talented composers and singers to the world. At Audio Sanctum, our number one goal is to create art of the highest quality, which benefits all of humanity.

Who is behind Audio Sanctum?

We are a team of composers, musicians, music industry administrators, audio engineers and legal professionals, united in the goal of bringing modern choir and chant ambient music to the world. You can find more about us in the Team & Creators section.

Can I use your music in my videos?

Right now we are in the process of figuring out the best way to go and can’t give you a definite answer on that. We will inform you about it if you follow us on YouTube or signed up for our newsletter.

Where can I find your artworks and who creates them?

The artworks are originals and created by our team, fully copyrighted and can be exclusively found in the Sanctum Shop Artwork area.

Why can't I find your music on streaming service or in store XYZ?

We are a new label and just started a few weeks ago. We are working to start on all streaming platforms and stores soon and will inform you about it if you follow us on YouTube or signed up for our newsletter.

I want to license your music, how can I do that?

Right now we aren’t offering licensing services, but we plan to do so in the future and inform you about it if you follow us on YouTube or signed up for our newsletter.

I create music, can I work with you?

If your work meets our criteria, absolutely! We are constantly looking for the best creators of Sacred Ambient Music. Please go to the Submit Music area to find out more.

Do you have any religious affiliations?

Our team comes from all ways of life, spiritualities and different backgrounds. What unites us is the wish to uphold a universal feeling of the spiritual dimension of humanity and the ideals as well as the inner feeling connected with it through a special form of music and art, in a time where individuality and soul awareness is being attacked so frequently and in danger of being lost in the rapid progress of illusory worlds, digitalization, automated technologies and the rise of AI. Our music and content speaks a universal language and is meant for and including everybody, which is why we are happy to work with everybody who shares similar intentions.

What are the lyrics of your songs?

Usually you will find the lyrics in the descriptions of our music. If you can’t find lyrics attached to a track, there most likely no specific words were used in the song and it is syllable-based.

Our Artworks are exclusively created for Sanctum and legally copyright protected. Therefore, our artworks can't be used by any 3rd party as of now and we also don't offer licensing.

Who created your artworks?

Our artworks are created exclusively by the Sanctum Team for our videos and prints and are copyright protected. Using them without permission or license is strictly forbidden.
